Ok so there isnt much else to write about as nothing much is going on. I have been on a well earned holiday and so have no content!
I thought that I would tell you that FCC have decided to create a new type of Peak Travelcard which you can get railcard discounts on, AND it lets you come back during the evening peak as well!
The ticket is called the One Day Off Peak Travelcard Plus it is still the same price as a normal Peak Travelcard, but you can get normal railcard discounts on it which brings it to slightly above the normal off peak Travelcard. Also being a Travelcard Plus you are allowed to leave london at any time and you can leave during the normal evening peak.
I will attempt to get a scan of the ticket shortly.
If your traveling this weekend (Good Friday 6th April - Easter Monday 9th April) then please check your times NOW, a new amended timetable is in operation. Also most times have changed. I will post another entry nearer the time.

Could FCC make their ticketing any more complicated?
Comment by B Moore — April 5, 2007 #
The question will be whether they ditch all these new tickets (and the evening peak restrictions) once they get the final lot of 319s (between December 2007 and 2008) and work proceeds on the GN side to allow longer trains to Cambridge.
My guess is that even when (if?) they up capacity, the restrictions will remain in place.

There is no way in hell that the EPR will be ditched, even if these extra trains were available today. By the time these trains actually become available, further growth in partonage will have used up most of the extra capacity - and that’s if the Thameslink Programme does not go ahead. If it does, then from December 2008 today’s Moorgate trains (Thameslink only) will have to travel further south (via Blackfriars) and therefore even more rolling stock would be required in order to reduce today’s level of overcrowding.
